Untouchable at Spa. Gone by Turn Six.

Kimi Antonelli converted pole position into his sixth win of the season, crossing the line 1.9 seconds clear of Charles Leclerc for his first victory since Monaco. The race turned on lap two, when George Russell made contact with Lewis Hamilton at Turn 6, ran wide and beached his Mercedes in the gravel trap, bringing out the safety car. Max Verstappen recovered from his Silverstone retirement to finish third, his best result of the second half of the season so far.

Hamilton was handed a five second penalty for the contact with Russell but held on to fourth. Oscar Piastri completed the top five for McLaren, ahead of Isack Hadjar in sixth and a quiet weekend for Lando Norris, who could only manage seventh. Antonelli now leads Hamilton by forty five points, up from twenty five before the weekend, with Russell's retirement dropping him to third overall on 154 points.

Hunter Sweeps Spring Creek, Takes the Plate by Ten.

Hunter Lawrence holeshot and won both motos at Spring Creek, beating Jett by almost seventeen seconds in Moto 1. Jett led Moto 2 until lap 10, when he crashed hard and got stuck under the bike. He remounted to salvage fifth. Haiden Deegan went 4-2 for second overall, his best result since Southwick, and R.J. Hampshire was steady again with 3-4 for fourth.

Jorge Prado recovered from a distant thirteenth in Moto 1 to finish third in Moto 2, salvaging sixth overall. The 1-1 gives Hunter 320 points to Jett's 310. Ten points now separate the brothers, and the red plate has changed hands for the second time in two rounds.

Jett Lawrence: Stuck Under the Bike

Jett Lawrence led Moto 2 comfortably until lap 10, when he lost the front end at speed. The bike flipped and pinned his leg before he could pull free. He remounted to finish fifth, protecting his championship position but handing the red plate back to his brother in the process. Jett came away with nothing worse than a sore calf muscle.

Beaumer Breaks Through. Davies' Day Falls Apart.

Julien Beaumer picked off Michael Mosiman on the final lap to win Moto 1, his first moto victory as a professional. A fourth in Moto 2 was enough for the overall win. Two rounds ago he was outside the top five in the standings. Now he is second, twenty four points back.

Chance Hymas took his first win of the season in Moto 2 to finish second overall on a 9-1 day, and Levi Kitchen's quiet 8-2 was enough to move him into the points lead. Points leader Cole Davies crashed in Turn 1 of Moto 1 and damaged his fuel tank, finishing 38th. Kitchen now leads the 250 standings by twenty four points over Beaumer, with Davies just one point further back in third, such is the cushion he banked from five rounds atop the championship.
